At Awake, we want to ensure your gear supports your peak performance; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn items within 30 days. All returned products must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels remain intact.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
